It’s 10:50 pm. My upstairs neighbor is either running around his apartment banging a hammer on the floor, or dribbling a basketball. Interesting.
I got a new blow dryer, but it’s just not the same. The new one has an ionizer or something that prevents frizzies, and a button to automatically retract the cord. It’s sleek. It’s blue. I should be happy. But I’m not.
The old dryer fit my hand so well, and the air stream was super powerful, you felt like you were in a wind storm . The new one sounds a bit anemic. **sigh It’s just that I had the other dryer for years.
I’m sure you all know what I mean.
The good news this evening is that I’ve just visited and commented at 15 different blogs. And I finally got the rich text editor working on WordPress. Why wasn’t it working all this time? I hadn’t turned it on in my user profile – brilliant right?
Well, think I’ll call it a night.

Thank you for stopping by my site and taking the time to comment :0)
I know exactly how you feel about your hair dyer, I went through the same thing a couple of months ago.
Have a good week!
I know exactly how you feel about your hair dryer, too. You get so used to the feel, etc. I’m like that with my flat iron!! I just had to replace it and it sucked!
My kid is up hollering and it’s VERY early. If I lived closer to you I’d hook him up with your neighbor who might be able to wear him out with some basketball!!!
ugh, hair-dryers. I bought a super-sleek one too, only to be left flat. My super-cool diffuser doesn’t fit it’s end. ugh!
I didn’t realize how common the problem was, but I had the same thing with my hairdryer. The new, sleek, ionizer ones seem to be fantastically wussy. I miss my giant, ugly, windtunnel too.
I’m trying to be more “green.” So, instead of using electricity on a hair dryer, I just stick my head out the window while driving on the freeway.
