I’m hungry. Not a slight rumble in my tummy hungry, but slightly wild-eyed fiending for comfort food hungry.
You can read more about that at my weight loss blog.
My Saturday Photo Hunt is up.
And I am wondering what the theme will be for Sunday Scribblings.
Looking forward to visiting as many of you as I can.
Waving at you from New York.

Interesting that your body tries to sabotage your weight loss. I find that some sort of situation comes up with me. Like, I get sick, or vacation. Then I fall out of my workout habits and have a setback. Why is that? Sheesh.
The same happens to me with writing. I write every day for a while, then I get stressed about something or tired etc, and I stop- even though I’m writing thousands of things in my mind- I seem to have so much more to say suddenly!!
‘Sheesh’ is right though. I love that word by the way, the sound that it makes! I don’t think we use that word in England.
The longer I don’t write, the harder I find it to start again. I think the problem is all in my head though, I just have to make myself write, regardless of how I’m feeling.
So, what ARE your favorite comfort foods?
Mine is nachos. That’s the thing I crave when I’m having cravings. They must have:
Lots of cheese (being a cheese afficionado, of course)
Onions
Tomatoes
Jalepenos
Sour cream (and guac, if I have it- but I usually don’t keep that at home)
and if BER is out of town, hot chili garlic sauce.
Mmmmmm….. nachos.
