In a matter of minutes:
- a customer service rep accidentally disconnected me after a 30 minute hold with the worst music ever
- Word crashed taking my document with it - sob
- the second phone line died
- my homefries spilled into my coffee - don’t ask me how I did it - okay?
Somehow managed to salvage the document, and get customer service back on the line. The rep actually gave me what I wanted. And I’m praying the second phone line will receive faxes if nothing else.
A friend lent me a great book over the weekend: 700 Sundays by Billy Crystal
It’s an easy and funny read; I finished it in under two hours.
Oh look, a fax just came in - somebody up there does like me
See ya later

Anyone sorry to hear about your computer and phone problems. Glad to hear you are fine now. I’ve only have those problems when I am in a rush or in a hurry to finish a project.
Have a nice week!

Well, see? No matter how rotten something looks, it always has a way of getting better.
