If you’ve ever looked through a template site you may have noticed the words Lorem Ipsum
I know I have, and today was the day to find the meaning.
I thought it might be Latin for template site or maybe up your nose with a rubber hose.
This is the meaning, and it’s very interesting.
Just another bit of trivia brought to you by Frances who loves things like this.

Hey cool, I DID always wonder about that. I hope you don’t mind but I linked to that page in my Monday Linkage post today. I also linked to you though as telling me of the page. Thanks.

Hello Frances. Thank you for visiting my blog. I am looking forward for your “return”. I glanced a bit on yours and like very much what I saw. Which means that I will be returning to yours too.
Have a wonderful day

I’m fawning over this post already. I’m total random fact geek. Love ‘em. I wish I used the more often, especially in my standup comedy. But sometimes I feel pressured to dumb down my jokes for the “average audience member.” Random facts sometimes leave them alienated.
Anyway, yesterday I was reminded of my random fact geek status when someone called me a “Snapple Top”–in reference to the random facts that are offered up underneath the Snapple Top. I’m not sure if I should feel honored or chagrin. I’ll consider it a compliment, for now.
