My first.
This week’s theme is Favorite Treat.
Our host is Give It A Try - One Day At A Time
Two of my favorite treats are juicy burgers & cupcakes.
An absolutely brillant restauranteur recently opened a place on West 23rd Street that features both:
On my last visit I had the turkey burger with goat cheese and a side of caramelized onions.
And for dessert the fresh peach cupcake
And no, I didn’t put mustard on the cupcake. I posted this pic before and more than one person asked that.

Okay, now everyone have a really FUN Monday.

what an odd combo. Usually you see burgers and shakes…
a fresh peach cupcake …really? did it have fruit in it.
I love buttery creamy frosting. Unless there’s a fresh peach inside the cupcake I’ll probably just like off the frosting (:

It doesn’t have the word “gourmet” on the sign, but it should. They both sound divine!

Well, if putting mustard on your cupcake tickles your fancy, you just go on ahead!! Don’t you let anyone stop you from being yourself!!!

Burgers and cupcakes is an interesting concept. I wouldn’t have put the two together except at a kid’s birthday party. Both the burger and the cupcake sound yummy, though.

WHOA! Burgers and cupcakes - that is a restaurant sure to remain open for YEARS and YEARS - and when will a chain open in Oregon?

Wow, That’s a great idea. Who has room for a full slice of cake after eating anyway? I like this cupcake idea. Yum!!
