Today marks 25 years living in the same apartment building.
We’ve been in our current apartment over 20 years, and have the accumulated clutter to prove it!
My daughter has been married only three years, and they’ve moved three times already. I tend to be adventuresome, but I like having my funky little ole apartment waiting for me at the end of the day.
Today’s culinary adventure is this empanada bought from a street corner stand in uptown Manhattan. They fry ‘em up right in front of you.

25 years? Geesh! That is a long time! I hate moving, but I’ve moved more times in my 31 years than I can remember. But I bet it is comforting knowing your place has been your place that long!
That is a milestone, good for you. I promised myself that after moving for the 5th time in 15 years, I would not move again. The only way I envision moving is if I got married. So I’ll stay put…..

Empanada’s look delish! I hear you on the moving thing. We are debating on whether to move in a couple of years or make changes to the house we’re in now. Part of me wants to move and a huge part of me wants to stay here. Such dilemmas in life.
