Am feeling totally wrung out.
Every night this week I dreamt I was running.
At least 7-8 hours of sleep a night - but no rest.
It was all faces and places from my childhood.
Not too surprising considering.
Hope it won’t happen tonight.
I’ll have the apartment all to myself tomorrow.
Will play meditation music and write it all out.
And gather up a big bag of books and things to give away.
That always makes me feel better.
Things need to be used – not gathering dust.

Do you keep a dream diary? I’ve often thought of doing it but seem to shy away from it- I frequently have such vivid dreams, I can’t decide if I want to explore them or not.
I’ve only been out of NY a few hours, and I’m missing it already.
