birthdaycake.gifToday is my dear friend Heart’s birthday.

He is celebrating with family and friends in his homeland.

While he was traveling we only communicated via Internet. On my birthday there was the most amazing video in my email, and a surprise filled package in the postman’s sack.

My first post of the day was about Big Trash Day here in New York.  That’s practically a holiday for Heart.  I remember one St. Paddy’s Day we found a set of skis that went with us to the restaurant for corned beef and cabbage.

During the next week I will posting about more of the fun times we’ve had together.

I’m very blessed - friends like Heart are once in a lifetime.
