		<description>I hope you feel better soon Frances.  I haven't sworn off over the counter meds alltogether, but I'm not a big fan of taking them either.  I usually wait until the aches and pains are pretty unbearable before I succumb.</description>

I have had a knee reconstruction *ouch* and the spouse has broken every bone in the top half of his body (several times) *double ouch* and they are a fantastic alternative to the standard arthritis anti inflammatary drugs...
