I’ve been working on my various blogs a lot lately, and this week is blogforth’s turn.
A pre-made WordPress template called Regulus by Binary Moon felt right, so I went with it.
It has a full moon in the header – I love a full moon.
Just a few days ago I discovered m.wordpress.com which allows me to post via my mobile phone. Creative writing is something I like to do in cafes. Hey, it’s the reason my daughter named me coffeebarchick. Transcribing from my notebooks is hard, because I can’t read my own writing anymore. The laptop is too much too much to carry. This summer it’s going to be my NEO & Sidekick.
The NEO is for working on the trio of short plays that I hope to finish by September. The Sidekick for poetry and creative writing on the go. It should be interesting to see what I produce without benefit of a half dozen rewrites.
And how are all of you?
This is interesting….one of those useful things that I wish I’d known about before! I found myself unexpectedly back in England these last couple of weeks and trying to blog in the nearest Starbucks on the husband’s laptop (which has a very short battery life) turned out to be very frustrating and near to impossible. By the time we’d got a connection, chec ked our e-mails and replied to a couple, the battery was almost gone and there was no chance to blog!
The Neo is on my birthday list, but meanwhile blogging from my cell phone would have been a great solution. Another idea to play with:)
It’s good to be back in New York though, even after such a short time here; I’ve come back appreciating both lands much more.
And the sunshine- aaah! It definitely beats the blues any day!
