I’ve rejoined the local pool after too long an absence.
Water Jogging sessions bust stress and nothing hurts afterwards.
Back in ‘93 I lost about 60 pounds in a year by cutting down on sweets, meats and breads and working it in the pool.
I’m hoping for a replay.

Oh good for you!!! I need to figure something out. FOr the last three weeks, I just can’t get anything done for myself….therefore, I am not doing well with my diet/exercise! ;-(
