I took this pic years ago, while photostrolling through downtown Manhattan.

The building is the Flatiron, one of New York’s most famous landmark buildings.

I call this Advertising at it’s Worse

I don’t know. It has the same kind of appeal as Attack of the Forty Foot Woman.

I do hope they took that down… the building is stunning as it is… leave it alone NY! My hunt is up here.

I suppose they could have done it a different way, it doesn’t look so far from far away

I’ve always loved the flatiron building, it is as much a part of New York as the Empire State building or Ms Liberty herself in my mind.

One day I’ll see it again in the flesh, then we’ll have a drink and a chat!
