It was the Monday from hell, but somehow someway I hung in there.
I’m parked at a corner table in Starbucks sipping OJ. I so wanted anything with caffeine, but again somehow someway I chose Vitamin C.
The young man at the table across from me is working on school assignments. His table is all big thick books, graph paper and notebooks.
Did I tell you I finally got Chapter 13 of my text novel done and posted. November 1 was online productive.
I’m actually going to do Chapter 14 tonight. Just needed a moment to vent a bit.
Hey Bobby Darin is pouring out of the sound system. Mack the Knife. Great song. Makes no sense at all, but I love it. Sort of like life sometimes.
Today I participated in Manic Monday – it’s over at a blog called me. There’s a button in the sidebar here should you want to click.
Today I was talking to a lady who recently set up a new blog. She’s a fairly new acquaintance, we met during the summer, and hit it off right from the start. I’m really looking forward to checking out her new digs in the blogosphere. It was hectic today to give it the attention it deserves.
As it was it took me hours to get my Manic Monday up. Every time I typed two words the phone rang or someone was standing in front of me with a request.
Sometimes I want to put a sign up that says, ‘Blogger at work Dammit!!’
Okay have I rambled on enough?
Actually I could go on all night, but I want to flesh out Chapter 14, and then go home to a hot bubble bath. Think I’ll light up one of my scented candles too. Oh and some of that new agey music they play continously on Channel 633 or is it 663. It’s one or the other.
Actually just moblogging is helping ease the tension.
Well, thanks for listening.
Happy Trails.
