The hubster and I just cast our ballots. It was very quiet this time around, not one candidate had any out there doing some last minute campaigning. But then again a lot of folks will vote after work, so maybe they will be out tonight.
I’m on the bus. It’s a gorgeous and clear today. More and more of the trees are going golden, and quite a few are my favorite scarlet.
Chapter 14 is almost ready to post. My main character Dina will receive a surprise gift, and run into an old friend online. Which reminds me again I need to update the text novel page here.
I’m not sure what I will post over at a blog called me today. I need to browse my photo folders for inspiration. Yesterday I did the Manic Monday meme.
I’ve often thought of starting one of my own, but have yet to come up with an idea that I think will go over.
Which reminds me I haven’t participated in Saturday Photohunter in a long while. It’s run by the awesome tnchick. I need to go over Technorati and browse memes.
By the way has anyone else had any problem getting a blog registered over at Technorati. I got one done in a nanosecond, but a blog called me has been a problem. They just started a new system so hopefully it will go through this time.
I’m not that in to stats, but I do want to be listed there. That brings to mind the evening I discovered stats. In my early blogging days I had a spot over at Angelfire. One night after about a year of posting I was playing around with my dashboard, and I noticed that blog had been visited 11,000+ times since I started it.
I was blabberflasted. That was the day I learned many visit, but few comment.
Actually I had another surprise shortly after. I didn’t post for a month or so for reasons that I have long forgotten, and I began to get emails from folks saying ‘they missed me.’
Here’s my stop.

Glad you were able to cast your votes. It’s kinda cloudy here today but it has been really nice the last two days. Sounds like your novel is coming along nicely. I love the memes you’ve talked about though I haven’t done them in awhile. Blogs seem to have a mind of their own don’t they? Getting someone to visit your blog is easy getting them to comment is another. Still, with all that said, I love blogging.
